I offer personalized yoga sessions customized for people of all levels and experience where you will receive greater attention & individualized instruction. You can focus on your own practice, including safe & proper alignment of postures, mindfulness & breath work, tailored to meet your specific physical, mental & emotional needs. Private, semi-private or small group classes allow your practice to deepen & evolve at your own pace.  Instruction is focused on a greater sense of awareness, healing & balance in the body & mind, and cultivating confidence & personal growth.
